Phlush strives to provide the very best colon hydrotherapy and detox services in the San Diego area. Owner Alyssa Wright holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and has been an I-ACT Colon Hydrotherapist since 2017, and over 30 years in the health and wellness industry. She brings her deep knowledge of detoxification to each and every session. I discovered colonics from watching a reality tv show and was curious to try it myself. I was amazed in how I felt after just the first session. After a couple of years, and suffering chronic back pain from years of bodywork, working in cardiac rehab, personal training and instructing I made the decision to add this profession to my many modalities. I have a passion for helping people, and I change people's lives every day, and nothing can be more rewarding.
