Service Description

Consultation can be booked along with first appointment or schedule a time before or after your first session. Amount paid will be applied towards your first scheduled and completed session.

Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATION: Your appointment time has been reserved for you. You have scheduled and agree to your appointment day and time. Sessions changed, cancelled or no show in less than 48 hours will be charged full price of the total scheduled service for new and returning clients. (Your initial deposit will be credited toward the cancellation fee) NO exceptions. Pre-Paid packages will forfeit missed sessions and expire as stated on the website. I appreciate you for respecting my time and thank you for understanding. PAYMENT: Cash is always the most preferred method of payment; however, we do accept all major credit card companies. Gratuities are kindly accepted, but not required. TARDINESS: I understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. However, depending on circumstances, we may have to abbreviate or reschedule our session. If you arrive late, you will still be charged in full for the services scheduled, or package session(s) forfeit, but may receive an abbreviated session. **PLEASE BE AWARE PHLUSH WITH ALYSSA HAS A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL BOOKINGS. NO SHOWS OR LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OR SESSION PACK FORFEIT. THIS IS TO COVER MY TIME. THE SPOT I HAVE HELD EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU AND THE EXPENSE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO FILL THE SPOT WITH ANOTHER CLIENT. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND RESPECTING MY TIME JUST AS I DO YOURS!
